International Drug Detection Firm Identa Expects to Sign Seven New Contracts During September US Mission

JERUSALEM, Israel, September 1/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Identa Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA) today released the agenda
for its upcoming September 5th - 22nd US sales and training mission. The
briefing includes details of meetings with 9 US based companies, of which
Identa expects to sign 7 new authorized distributor agents for its product
line of internationally-recognized, proprietary, on-site drug detection kits.

"Identa will be on a new business plateau when this mission is
completed," predicted Yaacov Shoham, Identa Corp., CEO. During the CEO's
visit, he will meet with executives of nine US based security firms each of
whom are heavily involved in US Homeland Security. Key elements in the
meetings will be: 1) Securing US Government G.S.A. contracts; 2) Receiving
product and procedure approvals from the National Institute of Justice.

In addition to the sales meetings, Shoham will also participate in Identa
training certification classes with the Rockland County New York Sheriff's
Department and the Pennsylvania State Police. Three additional police
departments will receive demonstrations of Identa's newest drug detector for
methamphetamines.

Several investor relations firms are expected to also be
interviewed during the three-week tour for the possibility of initiating a
broad-based public information campaign for Identa during 2006.

Identa's meetings have been scheduled in New York, Washington
D.C., Pennsylvania, Texas, California and New Hampshire.
